The founder and CEO of X-Forces Enterprise, Ren Kapur MBE, has been named as one of the most influential people in the military community in the second part of a series of supplements from military resettlement magazine, Pathfinder International.
It is the first time Pathfinder has produced such a list in its 28-year history, in which the publication has chosen over 150 people and organisations they deem to be the Armed Forces community’s key figures. The guide is split over three issues (January, February and March) of Pathfinder.
Pathfinder editor, Mal Robinson, said:
“To be included in the list, people or companies need to be doing something we consider to be affecting change or highlighting the forces cause in one way or another, ranging from resettlement to security of the country.
“We have brought together over 150 people who have the drive and determination to help shape the future of the forces in 2019.”
The first part of the list includes HRH Queen Elizabeth II, Tobias Ellwood MP, triple amputee and motivational speaker, Andy Reid, and former SAS soldier and bestselling author, Phil Campion.
Ren Kapur MBE is cited in the second part of the list alongside Prince Harry, Secretary of State for Defence, Gavin Williamson MP, Bear Grylls and the four defence chiefs.
In response to the announcement, Ren said:
“This list reads as a roll call for the people I respect most and those I am honoured to work with in my pursuit to champion enterprise in resettlement and support entrepreneurs in the military community. Although it is incredibly humbling to be included among them, rather than reflecting solely my personal influence, this accolade demonstrates the respected and responsible position that XFE, the organisation, now holds in shaping the landscape. This progress would not have been possible without the unfaltering support of our partners.”
