X-Forces Launches Bespoke Workshops for Military Spouses with Support from Armed Forces Covenant Grant

X-Forces are proud to be an award-winning social enterprise which supports business start-up learning, funding, mentoring and on-going support for our military community. We are delighted to announce that one of our latest programmes is supported by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund.

We have created a bespoke enterprise course for military spouses and female veterans. The course was built upon our established workshop model and the valuable lessons we have learnt working with women from the Armed Forces community over the last four years. Since 2013, we have supported over 300 women directly in our business network and seen great success.

With this important grant from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund, we are able to launch our first cohort this November dedicated to spouses and female veterans, which we hope to expand across the United Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity to adapt our training courses for spouses, taking into consideration the needs of this specific community and the opportunity to help them overcome challenges such as the constant relocation that comes with military life. Their unique situation makes bespoke, self-employment learning a good option for spouses to explore and the ongoing support is vital.
