X-Forces Enterprise (XFE) is proud to be a partner for the Royal British Legion‘s Civvy Street employability programme, trusted to deliver information, advice and support services to the Armed Forces community interested in enterprise.

XFE nurtures entrepreneurial ambition and enterprise skills in the military community, with the aim to provide the knowledge and information needed to make informed choices about self-employment and business ownership.

The XFE community includes veterans, Service leavers, reservists, spouses and dependants around the UK.  The support on offer encompasses training, access to finance, coaching, knowledge exchange, mentoring and networking events to establish business connections.

The X-Forces Enterprise journey is a 5-step process from discovery to planning and launch with ongoing support.

Our workshops are a great place to start.  Fully funded, and therefore free of charge to the beneficiary, the entry-level course provides insight into whether self-employment is right for you, with further courses to consider business planning and administration.

When you are ready, X-Forces Enterprise can help you access funding such as a government-backed Start Up Loan or, in some cases, a grant from one of our charity partners.
